Our heartfelt mission is to bring back the connection between human and the natural elements through sauna. Fire, water, earth and air can all be found in nature, in ourselves and in a sauna. Sauna offers us a safe place to align with these elements in their purest form.
Meet Us
We are Matti and Juha and we want to pass on the power of sauna. We have been looking for the deepest löyly experience around Finland. We travelled hundreds of kilometers with our bicycles and encountered old smoke saunas, sauna healers and sauna spirits. We felt the call of sauna. We learned ancient ceremonies and reconnected with the natural elements in sauna. Through sauna one can experience the beauty of nature and the peace within ourselves.
Juha was born and raised in the sauna capital of the world. He has background in anthropology and is a certified traditional sauna expert.
Matti was raised in a public sauna. He is a community educator and has a deep connection to the nature and sauna. He is specialized in meditative sauna approaches.
